1. Digital product nature

Our products are downloadable digital documents. Once downloaded, they cannot be returned.

2. 14-day refund window

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on document purchases if you have not downloaded or meaningfully used the files. If files are defective or not as described, please contact us for a replacement or refund.

3. Exclusions

Customised documents and completed administration services are not eligible for refund, except where required by law.

4. How to request

Email mary-ann@wpservices.co.za with your order details and reason for request. We typically respond within 2 business days.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
