🕒 1. Ad-Hoc Hourly Admin Rates

• General Business Administration & Data Capturing: R250 per hour
Includes: Data capturing, typing out handwritten notes, capturing supplier invoices, and maintaining daily business registries.
Data Typing & Capturing — forms, spreadsheets, CRM inputs, digitising paper docs. Typical turnaround: 1–6 hours.

• Financial & Bookkeeping Admin Support: R350 per hour
Includes: Creating customer invoices, logging monthly expenses, reconciling receipts, and managing your accounts receivable.
Invoicing & Payables/Receivables — create and send invoices, reconcile payables & receivables, capture and sort receipts. Typical turnaround: 2–6 hours per batch.
Quotes & Invoicing — prepare quotes, convert to invoices, send to clients, follow‑ups. Typical turnaround: 1–3 hours per set.

🎨 2. Professional Document Design & Formatting (Premium Service)

• Custom Excel Sheet Design (Formulas & Automation): R450 – R650 per sheet
Includes: Building custom quote templates, automated asset registers, project tracking sheets, or fuel logs built specifically for your West Coast operation.
Spreadsheets & Reports — monthly summaries, dashboards, expense reports, basic analysis. Typical turnaround: 2–10 hours.

• Business Forms & Interactive PDFs: R350 – R550 per document
Includes: Branded job cards, delivery notes, customer intake forms, client onboarding sheets, or inspection checklists.
Document design — forms, menus, brochures; clean, branded layouts. Typical turnaround: 2–8 hours per item.

• Operational Manuals, Policies & Procedures: R550 – R1 200+ (Based on page count)
Includes: Designing multi-page standard operating procedures (SOPs), staff manuals, health & safety orientation layouts, or company profiles.

🚀 3. Business Startup Fixed-Fee Packages

• Basic Registration Package: R950 – R1 200 (Once-off)
Includes: CIPC Name Reservation, CoR14.3 Company Certificate, and mandatory CIPC Beneficial Ownership (BO) Registry filing.
Business Registration — guidance on CIPC steps, collating info, document preparation. Typical turnaround: varies by authority; admin prep 2–4 hours.

• Premium Compliance Package: R2 200 – R2 800 (Once-off)
Includes: Everything in the Basic Package, plus official Share Certificates, B-BBEE Affidavit completion, and full National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) profile registration.
Business Start‑up kit — Excel pack with day‑to‑day templates (invoices, quotes, business documents, forms). Typical turnaround: 4–10 hours setup.

📋 4. Tender-Ready & Procurement Packages

High-value, specialized document compilation for contractors bidding on corporate or municipal contracts.

• Standalone CSD & Beneficial Ownership (BO) Alignment: R850 – R1 200
Includes: Compiling your mandatory CIPC Beneficial Interest Register [1], executing the CIPC BO filing [2], and updating your CSD profile to match [2]. (Prevents profile deactivation or disqualification from local government bids).
Tender document completion — fill required fields, compile attachments, check completeness. Typical turnaround: 4–12 hours depending on tender size.

• Small Local Quotations / RFQs (Value under R30k): R450 – R600 per document
Includes: Completing standard local municipal RFQ forms and ensuring all core compliance files are attached properly.

• Standard Level Tenders (Value R30k to R500k): R1 200 – R2 500 per tender
Includes: Full compilation of formal bid documents, completing pricing schedules or Bills of Quantities (BoQ), and structuring returnable checklist files.

• Complex / Industrial Tenders (Value R500k+): R3 500 – R5 000+ per tender
Includes: Deep technical bid structuring, complex compliance mapping, and full document package execution.

Includes 10 hours of general admin work.
